Storage Units in Málaga

To determine the right storage unit size in Málaga with Islatrans, you should first choose one of our storage centers. Then, complete the form by providing a list of the items you wish to store so we can advise you on the size and space you will need. If you already know the size you require, just let us know, and we will send you a quote.

Step 1: Choose your location, tell us or check the volume of storage space you need, and contact the selected storage center.

Step 2: We will send you an offer by email, contact you by phone to provide details, or you can visit the facility to complete the storage unit contract.

Step 3: Proceed with the payment of your monthly storage fee, sign the contract, and submit or provide the required documentation:

For individuals:
ID of the contract holder
Bank account ownership certificate
ID of the person authorized under the contract

For companies:
Company CIF document
ID of the administrator (if the administrator is not present at key delivery, a power of attorney from the administrator)
Bank account ownership certificate
ID of the person authorized under the contract

Step 4: We will hand over the keys and configure the access codes. If you have any questions, our staff will assist you on-site to complete your contract (document submission, signing the SEPA mandate, and entry documents).

At all our centers, you have free access and can enter as many times as you need. Our storage facilities are accessible 365 days a year during extended hours. It is recommended to check the access hours of your current or desired location. If you have any questions, please call the office during the center’s business hours.

Our storage centers are completely secure. With Islatrans, you can store your belongings with peace of mind. Our storage facilities are monitored by video surveillance 24/7, 365 days a year. We have motion sensors, both indoors and outdoors, with constant programming.

We also have fire detection systems and fire hoses; and we also have pesticide systems in all facilities.

Your storage facility is insured 24/7, 365 days a year. To cover any incidents, your contract includes basic insurance of €200 per m3 and up to €12,000 of merchandise stored in the storage facility. You can also extend it by €4 for every additional €1,000, up to a maximum of €20,000.

Due to safety regulations and internal company rules, the following cannot be stored:

-Flammable or explosive substances such as gasoline, propane, fireworks, etc.
-Chemical, toxic, or hazardous products.
-Perishable foods that may attract pests or cause unpleasant odors.
-Live plants or animals.
-Stolen or illegal items.
-Items that emit strong or unpleasant odors.
-Drugs.
-Weapons or ammunition.
-Vehicles with connected batteries or more than ¼ of a tank full of fuel.
-Jewelry, money, and merchandise of great personal value.

We offer an additional local, national, and international moving service at very competitive prices, and we can move your belongings to your storage facility or from it to anywhere in the world. We also offer assistance with operators at our branches. Requests must be made at least one week in advance and cost €22.50 + VAT per hour per operator.
